Processing Stressful World Events
With natural disasters, global conflicts, and other stressful events constantly unfolding internationally in a 24/7 news cycle, it is normal to have a wide range of thoughts, feelings, and reactions. When a traumatic event is public, we may be affected even if we did not experience the crisis directly. It can also feel difficult to cope with compounding stress and trauma. Join this session with a Modern Health therapist to learn ways to process grief, anger, and other strong emotions, as well as ways to cope.
